Your personal data is mainly processed by us to provide you with a perfect holiday / stay. We are happy to build a lasting relationship with you, so that we can also be of service to you in the future and can make you offers based on your interests or reservation history.

When you make a reservation for one of the accommodations offered by us, we register the data of you as necessary to make the accommodation available to you as standard. We offer the accommodations ourselves for rent, but are also offered by our partners. In the event that you make a reservation through one of our partners, this privacy statement applies just as well. We will remind you of this again as soon as we have received your data, unless it would require a disproportionate amount of effort to inform you if the information should remain confidential.

Reservation data is information about the holiday / stay that you have booked with us, for example the type of accommodation, arrival date, departure date, travel group and preferences. To make your reservation in order, we register this data in our reservation system.

We need your name and address data in order to be able to register your reservation in our reservation system and for registration in the mandatory night register, but also, for example, to be able to meet the obligation to make a tourist tax declaration. If we cannot send certain items to you by e-mail, we will send this by post to the address you provided.

You will receive confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail address you provide, as well as interesting information about the park of your stay and the surrounding area. If we have any questions shortly before your stay, we will call you.

Reservations can only be made by persons older than 18 years. By specifying your date of birth, we can check whether you are authorized to make a reservation.

You can pay for your reservation through our secure payment environment or by bank transfer. A deposit will be charged for most accommodations. We only register your bank account number for the refund of the deposit. We will and can never debit an amount from your account. If you want to pay with a credit card, your data will be sent to our financial institution that processes the payment.

After you have booked a holiday / stay with us, you can activate a personal "My La France Rentals" account. With your "My La France Rentals" account you can view and change your own details and you can arrange your vacation / stay affairs online up to 1 day before arrival. For this, we register the information you provided when making the reservation. Your reservation history can also be seen in your "My La France Rentals" account.

After you have made a reservation at La France Rentals or you have registered for our newsletter via the website, we use your e-mail address to send our (personalized) newsletters. Personalized newsletters are understood to mean newsletters that relate to holidays that are similar to vacations that you have previously booked or that correspond to the ones you specified interests related to vacations. In this way you do not receive unnecessarily many e-mail messages. Of course you are not obliged to inform us of your interests when we ask you to do so. We send newsletters a maximum of twice a week. If you receive a newsletter from us, we can see whether you have received the newsletter, whether you have opened the newsletter and whether you have clicked on a link in the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via a link in the newsletter.

We also use your e-mail address to show you advertisements on Facebook that match your interests. We can never see which ads are shown to which person, nor whether a Facebook account is linked to your e-mail address. Let us know if you do not want to see personalized ads on Facebook.
